The room was spacious and had a working safe. Towels, cleaning supplies, and soap were provided as advertised. - the hotel is conveniently located near the fitness center.

The hotel had a good and marvelous location, near a subway station. They served good muffins, pastries, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, and cheese. My room included a safe box, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea makers.

I did not like much about the Days Inn Elk Grove Village. The only 'positive' thing I can say is that as it is quite cheap, it is probably 'ok' - for the money! But absolutely a 'stay of necessity' only!

I tried three rooms before I found one that was clean! Although I boked a Non-Smoking King Room, I had to accept a room with two doubles - and I don't mean queens! The pickup is very unhelpful. It only operates at set times, and I could not use it on either of the occasions I stayed at this hotel in August 2011. Staff are very uncaring and unhelpful, especially the female staff. Breakfast is pathetic. Most stuff is finished most of the time - coffee, 'juice' etc. The Hotel is not really near enough to the airport to be convenient, and is certainly not close to anything else either! Apart from a McDonalds next door, there are few restaurants nearby.

The breakfast here has a good variety of food like muffins, pastries, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, and cheese - something for everyone's taste buds. 🥐 Plus, the beds are super comfy and they even have a safe box for your valuables. You can chill with multi-channel TV, and make yourself a coffee or tea whenever you please. 📺☕

The staff was consistently courteous. The hotel's location was secure, really close to all outlets and light switches as well as Rosemont. Found a place called Hibachi Grill & Buffet, set very close to the venue.

Nothing except the fact it was cheap. The staff were surly and the place was dated. I've stayed at many better branches of this franchisep

The hotel was an excellent base in a fairly quiet area, close to convenience stores, the international airport, and outlets. The location was favorable and great, relatively close to Kopp Park. The room was stocked with towels and cleaned. The breakfast offered a variety of options like muffins, pastries, yogurt, boiled eggs, and cheese for everyone.

Breakfast was the best highlights and semi truck parking and that the room was close

Free shuttle to the airport "Dale" that works the midnight shift was excellent in helping me with an issue I had after booking the room

It was perfect for an overnight stay. Price was good and it was right next to a bar/club so could hang out.
